Overview

The Part-Time Housekeeping Coordinator team with administrative support and coordinates all aspects of working within the department and acts as liaison with resort operations departmental teams.

Responsibilities

Scope of this Position:

Provide the Housekeeping department with administrative support and coordinate all aspects of working within the department and act as liaison with resort operations departmental teams.

  • Assign guest room to Room Attendants
  • Manage phones
  • Confirm completion of room assignments
  • Respond and Coordinate guest response
  • Communicating Housekeeping issues to other departments 

 

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Expected part-time position, occasionally requiring extended hours
  • Excellent customer relations, communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English. Spanish speaking is an asset
  • Weekends and Holidays may be required as business needs warrant

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to four (4) hours.

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year working as a Housekeeping Coordinator, preferably in luxury hotels.

Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)

The expected pay for this position is $33.48/hourly
