We are looking for a passionate and welcoming Personal trainer to join our future team. With a holistic approach to well-being, our spa offers a relaxing sanctuary where love and human connection are at the heart of each treatment. As a personal trainer, your mission will be to guide our clients in personalized training sessions, adapted to their specific needs, while offering them a unique experience of well-being and connection. You will use a global and caring approach, focused on the body and mind, to improve the physical condition of clients, while bringing them moments of relaxation and serenity.

- Design and lead individual and group fitness sessions, tailored to each client’s levels and goals (bodybuilding, muscle strengthening, stretching, etc.).

- Develop personalized fitness programs based on clients’ needs, abilities, and wellness goals, whether it’s building fitness, losing weight, or improving mobility.

- Offer an integrated approach that combines fitness training, stress management, relaxation, and mindfulness.

- Create a motivating and soothing environment where each client feels supported, valued, and connected to their body.

- Offer advice on nutrition, hydration, and healthy living, in harmony with holistic wellness principles.

- Work closely with the spa team to provide comprehensive and personalized experience for each client.

- Ensure constant monitoring of your clients’ progress and adapt programs according to their developments and needs.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and safety during sessions, ensuring the physical well-being of each client.

- Recognized personal trainer diploma or certification and proven experience in facilitating fitness sessions and personalized training.

- Holistic approach to well-being, integrating physical, mental and emotional practices (yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and functional training techniques.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish an authentic and caring relationship with clients.

- Passion for supporting others in their wellness journey, with a strong focus on relaxation and physical and mental regeneration.

- Team spirit, dynamism and the ability to work in a high-end and demanding environment.

- A good listener and the ability to personalize programs according to the specific needs of each client.
