We are looking for a passionate and welcoming Hairdresser to join our future team. With a holistic approach to well-being, our spa offers a relaxing sanctuary where love and human connection are at the heart of each treatment. As a Hairstylist in our luxury spa, you will be responsible for creating personalized hairstyles that take into account the needs and desires of each client, while accompanying her in a moment of relaxation. You will work with natural and quality products to offer each client an experience of beauty, relaxation and deep well-being.

- Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and hair care in accordance with customer requests and expectations, while providing superior service.

- Offer advice tailored to each client's needs, with a focus on long-term hair health and well-being. Integrate holistic care techniques into your services (scalp care, hair aromatherapy, etc.).

- Create an environment of trust and serenity, where each client feels listened to and cared for.

- Provide impeccable customer service, providing attention, kindness, and professionalism.

- Work in harmony with the spa team to ensure a consistent and comprehensive wellness experience.

 - Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with safety and hygiene standards.

- Professional training in hairdressing and significant experience in a luxury hair salon or spa.

- Mastery of different cutting, styling, coloring and hair care techniques.

- Sensitivity to holistic approaches to well-being and ability to offer hairdressing services related to overall health (natural care, use of organic or environmentally friendly products).

- Excellent listening skills and ability to establish an authentic and caring relationship with each client.

- Passion for the profession and desire to offer an exceptional customer experience in a luxury environment.

- Team spirit and sense of initiative.
